In reports, surface locale contributions via a provenance panel that shows which locale contributed which proofs, linked to the specific hub_fact_ids and proofs, without exposing internal data structures. Include a Change Log entry that documents the update, the locale involved, and the impact on future outputs, enabling auditable lineage across language variants.
