Own The Conversation Digital Twin · Public Q&A

What is a Digital Representative, and why is it distinct from the public Q&A pages on a Digital Twin?

Digital Representatives · 2026-09-09

A Digital Representative is an interface that presents approved business knowledge to users in a focused, conversational way. It leverages the same underlying knowledge as the Digital Twin but is designed to communicate clearly, safely, and without misrepresenting the public information. Public Q&A pages, by contrast, are explicit knowledge pages that sit in the Digital Twin as reference content and can branch into related questions, objections, and evidence. The Representative can guide a user through the same facts, but it should not be mistaken for the actual, authoritative Knowledge Graph or Business Brain behind the scenes. This separation helps maintain trust and prevents the assistant from “making up” information.
