Own The Conversation combines AI assistance with deterministic control. AI can interpret a request, draft an answer, analyse an image or suggest an improvement, but fixed application rules govern which Business Brain a user may access, which source material is eligible, and whether a change is allowed.
JEV is used as an additional classification and advisory check in relevant review workflows. It can help assess content or media suitability and flag concerns; it is not an all-powerful decision maker. JEV cannot override tenant boundaries, Executive or Private Brain permissions, approved business facts or publication rules.
For example, when an executive asks ChatGPT to add an image or video to a public Digital Twin Q&A, the platform checks the permitted media source and current page, prepares a before-and-after preview, and requires a separate, explicit approval tied to that exact change. The website then verifies that the approved update was durably saved.
The principle is simple: use AI to accelerate useful work, but use repeatable rules, evidence and human approval to decide what can actually change. That is how a conversational interface can become a controlled business workflow rather than an assistant that publishes whatever it invents.
