You need evidence, not guesswork. Start with an AI visibility scan and the public business knowledge itself: can AI or search systems retrieve the right pages, are the important facts clear, are customer questions covered, and are machine-readable outputs available and consistent?
Then separate the signals. Discovery or retrieval shows that an AI system requested content. A visible citation is a stronger but different observation. An identifiable AI referral shows a human click-through from an AI service. None of those automatically proves a lead or sale.
AI visibility should be measured, not guessed. The useful report is the one that shows what can actually be observed and makes clear what cannot.
